In most cultures death is largely seen as something negative, sad and painful. In others however, death is only the end of one stage and the beginning of another. Happy Ending is the new collection of designer Krizia Robustella for summer 2017, a funeral where color, flowers and irony are the protagonists.
The prints by hand of the artist David Mendez Alonso are filled with gangsta iconography: guns, knives and brass knuckles mixed with smileys, plants and fences. Robustella’s signature urban characters blend luxury and sport to create this funny-funereal wardrobe.
