EAST, Miami, a lifestyle hotel, designed by celebrated Miami-based architects Arquitectonica, with interiors by New York’s Clodagh Design, which embraces both ancient and modern day methods in effort to comfort not only the body, but the mind. EAST, Miami offers 352 guest rooms to include eight suites and 89 residence suites all owned and operated by Swire Hotels. Ranging in size from 300 to 1,800 square feet, the contemporary rooms, suites, and residence suites feature balconies with views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in rain shower, Panther Coffee (a Miami-based specialty coffee roaster), a tea maker, and complimentary WiFi. The one-, two- and three-bedroom residence suites options also offer fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities along with access to all amenities and services of the hotel. Signature restaurants Quinto La Huella and rooftop bar Sugar are designed by Los Angeles-based Studio Collective who encompasses the soulful roots and history of each individual space.

The hotel’s premiere lobby café and bar, Domain, features freshly brewed coffee, light bites and an array of fine wine & spirits.

EAST, Miami introduces us the first outpost of Uruguay’s beachfront restaurant, Parador La Huella, to Miami as a signature eatery. The urban reinvention, Quinto La Huella, helmed by Executive Chef Nano Crespo, offers a unique fire cooking method with a parrilla centered at the heart of the kitchen and includes a wood fire oven, sushi counter, and outdoor dining experience. Quinto’s menu is a blend of carefully planned, but simple dishes made with the best ingredients. The food is down to earth, much like the atmosphere, creating a relaxing environment where memories are made.

Alongside two restaurants, a poolside bar & lounge and a rooftop bar, EAST, Miami  offers 20,000 square feet of versatile function rooms and outdoor venues suitable for any type of event. All of the event spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows, complimentary WiFi access, the latest audio-visual equipment, and technical support.  Customizable menus and canapés are available ranging from small bites to family style sit down dinners, as the hotel’s special events team  customizes every event experience based on the client’s needs. Located on the 39^th floor, its 3,300-square-foot ballroom, known as The Crush, offers 270 degrees views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Available through the hotel’s in-house audio visual provider, a multi-55’ LED Smart TV Video Wall is equipped with an Apple TV, wireless single-click presentation, a built-in sound system, and an anchored multi-functional bar. The 38^th floor houses two 1,600-square-foot event spaces Rise and Set, along with an 850-square-foot boardroom, High Noon. Four workshops located on the 6^th floor, are ideal for intimate meetings and gatherings ranging in size from 630 square feet to 1,525 square feet. The Shrubbery, Sugar, and Pool & Deck areas are perfect for outdoor events or occasions, due to Miami’s year-round tropical climate.

The hotel’s gym, BEAST (Body by EAST), features the latest Technogym equipment and accessible 24 hours a day. Guests can download the EAST, Miami app to check out its monthly calendar of wellness programming. The 20,000-square-foot outdoor pool & deck area will showcase four unique pool experiences – a lap pool, spa pool, cold plunge and hot tub.
