Noémie Makboulian Spring/Summer 2020 collection finds inspiration in bold cuts from the 80’s and 90’s, aviator style from the movie Top Gun and colors, sparkles and skater cuts from Walt Disney princesses such as Jasmine, Clochette or Cendrillon.
The cuts are structured and adjusted, the materials lend themselves to it and add a seam side in order to give the woman the impression of being a princess in the clothes revisited of the universities of Disney. The pieces are modern, the cuts of the jumpsuit and jackets are inspired by aviation clothes and give the woman freedom of movement while remaining elegant.
Fashion designer Noémie Makboulian develops her capsule collections on meticulous and delicate work. She uses upscale fabrics she is familiar with since childhood (thanks to her stylist mother) such as silk, taffeta and brocade.
