Manuel Facchini’s inspiration for his Spring Summer 2019 comes from a Divine Device, or rather its hypnotic repetition, as the background of a model’s silhouette in a specific picture that captured his mind.

«I am an architecture enthusiast», Facchini says, «I love tridimensionality, and that apparently endless sequence helped me in defining my idea of a powerful woman, dressed with a chic armour».

The collection is a well-balanced mix of goth and rock atmospheres, which Facchini develops through high tech materials and manufacturing.

Mini dresses and party gowns are made with intricate stripes sensually wrapped around the body. Skinny pants and short jumpsuits sharply match with bold jackets carrying geometric epaulette, military-like.

The Divine Device pattern turns into a 3D hinged décor to trim the neckline, the hems, or the waist with. There is also a softer version, where matt, patent and rubberised leather are braided together. Colours range from white to black and red.
