“Sretsis Universe” marks the 15th anniversary of the label creating a surreal landscape of dreams that has transcended fashion into fantasy for reality. Manifesting that idea, Sretsis worked with photographer Michal Pudelka and stylist Leith Clark in creating the campaign images for this season.

Pudelka, a translator of the strange and beautiful in his own right, works his magic behind the lens, and created a surreal world showcasing Sretsis’ dream dresses against an alien backdrop of naturally formed carved rocks located in Thailand. The Parsons trained lensman and rising star in photography recently had his work auctioned at Christie’s alongside other masters of photography, making him an exciting new talent with a unique eye and approach to color and form.

Clark, founder of Violet and Violet Japan and Director-at-Large of U.K. Harper’s Bazaar, has been bringing her charm and “Leithism” to the fashion world for years. Catapulting innocence and romanticism to the forefront of fashion, the partnership between Sretsis and Clark has been a dream in the making.

A unilateral vision of strength in fragility and female empowerment through individuality and self-expression, the models styled in the campaign represents the Sretsis woman and their imperfect perfection. Stripped bare of all makeup and hair, the Sretsis woman is transformed into otherworldly beauties with a nonchalant sense of ease and calm,a ruler of her own surreal kingdom.
